Pell Mell was an instrumental rock band that formed in 1980 in Portland, Oregon. The band existed in frequent lineup changes for 17 years and seven albums. Pell Mell’s expansive instrumental style drew from many of the 60′s great instrumental bands and served as a pre-cursor to the instrumental, sometimes referred to as “post rock” bands of the 1990′s and 2000′s.
This website serves as the official website for Pell Mell and it’s members– a way to document the history of the band and the future projects and bands of it members.
